Aaron D’Souza

Aaron is a business manager, youth leader and campaigner.  He currently works as a Business Manager for Global Markets Consultants (GMC), a management consulting firm in the City of London, working directly with the CEO Prem Goyal OBE JP, who is also his mentor.

Previously Aaron has worked in Parliament and advised charities in policy, public affairs and advisory roles. He was also a Deputy Field Organizer in Florida for President Obama's 2012 re-election campaign. His contribution was recognised with a one-to-one meeting with the President. More recently, Aaron stood as an independent London Assembly candidate for City and East in 2016.

Aaron also enjoys supporting charitable efforts and global causes. He has raised around £10,000 in the last 4 years by completing the Three Peaks and London Marathon. He is a Trustee for UK Youth and a Finance Committee member for City and Hackney Mind. He has previously sat on the youth advisory boards of Three Faiths Forum ParliaMentors and UpRising and is also an Ambassador of Great Men.

Aaron’s next goal is to pursue an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is keen to provide every young person with mentoring and leadership opportunities and learning experiences so they can be a positive force for change in their own lives.

With the help of One Million Mentors, Aaron is confident the next generation of talented, diverse, young leaders will be able to fulfil their potential and become positive role models in Britain.
