We are looking for an inspiring and motivated individual looking to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people from diverse and underrepresented communities.

This Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive in London, you will be responsible for diary management, meeting organisation, internal and external communications, administrative and executive support. You will You will also have the opportunity to take on specific projects as agreed by the Chief Executive, supporting her on a wide range of activities including funding bids and stakeholder communications and meetings. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, values-driven organisation working to achieve lasting social change. Key Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knowledge of how to communicate with a variety of stakeholders from different sectors and at senior levels.

  • Highly organised and flexible with the ability to work across a number of competing priorities.

  • Takes initiative and demonstrates a pro-active approach to problem solving.

  • Confident to lead on specific tasks and projects and proposing changes.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Works as part of a team.

  • Confident in using Google Drive and Microsoft Office e.g. Word and Excel (ideally with some knowledge of Salesforce).

  • Able to work independently.

  • Capable of meeting deadlines and being reliable.

  • Passionate about planning and organisation in the workplace.

The role is based at in our London Office, 31 Pepper Street, London E14 9RP. This is a full-time time role offered on a continuing contract subject to funding - however, we are open to applications from candidates interested in part-time work
