The UK deserves leaders that reflect its diverse population. Our society should champion issues of social mobility, equality and diversity across all areas of public life. Young people are the agents of change for our future and have already proven that they can be advocates for social movements if they are equipped with the confidence and skills to do so. Through your work or CSR
We are always looking for corporate partners and local businesses who can support our work and help us to improve the lives of underrepresented young people. If you are part of an organisation that believes in the potential of young people, no matter their background, and you want to see more diversity in leadership roles, we would love to work with you to make this possible.
You can support us through sponsorship of one of our events or programmes or by providing in-kind support, for example by being a speaker at or offering us a venue for one of our events. We can offer a range of volunteering opportunities for you and your staff, help you to improve your brand recognition and offer you a potential pool of candidates form which to recruit.
