Making Change Happen is tailored for individuals eager to spark positive change within their community by enhancing their knowledge of power and leadership within a collaborative environment.
Through this programme, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Meet and cultivate relationships with like minded individuals
- Engage with industry experts and experienced business professionals
- Participate in weekly in-person activities over six weeks, absolutely free of charge.
By the end of the programme you’ll:
- Expand your leadership skills through immersive workshops covering topics such as various leadership styles, navigating power dynamics, and understanding privilege and unconscious bias.
- Develop an understanding of London’s social and environmental challenges and how stakeholders collaborate to address these issues
- Apply newfound leadership techniques within a collaborative team environment.
- Receive personalised CV support to help you stand out to potential employers
- Hone your interview skills through mock interviews with seasoned business professionals and expand your professional network at our speed networking event.
- Foster you personal and professional growth within a nurturing community of peers.
