Feedback Global

Feedback Global is a campaign group working to regenerate nature by transforming our food system. To do this [they] challenge power, catalyse action and empower people to achieve positive change.

 

Challenge: Feeback global commissioned a set of bespoke workshops for participants on the Feedback Global Eco Talent programme to develop key skills and understanding from micro to macro level in:

  • leadership & leadership styles
  • leading and working in teams
  • project management

 

Details: 

  • 35 participants over 4 sets of 2 day workshops (5 hours per day)
  • 40 hours total delivery time

 

Impact

  1. When asked if they felt they had developed project management abilities, including understanding the key milestones of managing and delivering a project all participants scored 8/10 and above 
  2. When asked if the skills they had developed int he workshops would help with their employability all participants scored 7/10 and above
