Our diverse board of trustees includes leaders committed to youth empowerment and social mobility. They set our strategic direction and play a vital role in ensuring UpRising works to open up pathways to power for under-represented young people. Our board includes four alumni trustees who ensure that our purpose remains focused on the needs of young people and bring their own experience of undertaking UpRising's programmes to inform our work.
